1. Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

• "Platform" means the jeetzz website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, payment system, and all related services.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who registers an account on the jeetzz Platform or accesses its services.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account held by a Player on the jeetzz Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held within a Player's jeetzz Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by jeetzz that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake placed by a Player on a casino game, live dealer game, crash game, or sports betting market available on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the Platform is restricted under applicable law or Platform policy.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency used on the jeetzz Platform.
• "Mobile Financial Service" (MFS) means payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay through which deposits and withdrawals are processed.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jeetzz Platform, clicking "I Agree" during registration, depositing funds, or placing any bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms, together with jeetzz's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete agreement between you and jeetzz governing your use of the Platform.

jeetzz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with a modification, your sole remedy is to close your Account and cease using the Platform.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the jeetzz Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet ALL of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or playing on jeetzz under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any other person or commercial entity.
• You have not previously been excluded from the jeetzz Platform or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of a jeetzz employee or affiliated partner.
• Gambling online is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

jeetzz reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension. Providing false information regarding age or identity is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the Account.

4. Account Registration & Management

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account on the jeetzz Platform only. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of whether different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods are used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid Bangladesh mobile number.
• You must keep your Account credentials confidential at all times. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• You must notify jeetzz support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• jeetzz reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• Account usernames must not be offensive, impersonate another person, or contain personal information such as mobile numbers or email addresses.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their contact details on file with jeetzz remain current. jeetzz will use the contact information held on your Account to send important notices, including notifications about Account status, promotional offers (where opted-in), and security alerts. jeetzz is not liable for any consequences arising from outdated contact information.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jeetzz Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports the following Mobile Financial Service providers: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as select Bangladesh bank transfer options. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time at jeetzz's sole discretion.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the Platform's payment interface.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance following confirmation from the relevant Mobile Financial Service provider. jeetzz is not responsible for delays caused by the MFS provider's own processing times.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the jeetzz Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• jeetzz reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. Requests for supporting documentation must be fulfilled within the timeframe specified by the support team.
• Withdrawal requests are processed during standard Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours. Processing times are typically within minutes to a few hours for MFS providers during standard hours.
• jeetzz does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, although your Mobile Financial Service provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Funds deposited into your jeetzz Account do not accrue interest and are held purely for the purpose of gameplay on the Platform.

jeetzz operates a strict anti-money laundering policy. Any deposit or withdrawal activity that raises reasonable concern regarding the source of funds may be subject to additional scrutiny, temporary hold, or referral to appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable laws.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

jeetzz may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentive schemes to eligible Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that offer only.

• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are awarded for personal use only and may not be transferred between Accounts.
• jeetzz reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — will have bonuses voided and may have their Accounts permanently suspended.
• Bonus Funds that remain unused after the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
• In the event of a technical error in the calculation or delivery of bonus funds, jeetzz reserves the right to rectify the error and adjust Account balances accordingly.

7. Game Rules & Betting Markets

All games available on the jeetzz Platform are supplied by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules governing each game are established by the respective studio and are displayed within the game interface. jeetzz does not modify game outcomes or rules.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical means under controlled conditions. jeetzz does not influence or manipulate outcomes.
• For sports betting markets, jeetzz publishes odds in advance of the relevant event. Odds may be updated at any time up to the commencement of the event. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of placement apply.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise affected by circumstances beyond either party's control, jeetzz's specific sports betting rules for the relevant market type shall apply. These rules are published in the Platform's betting help section.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
• jeetzz reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed using a manifest odds error, or placed under circumstances indicating fraudulent intent.
• Winnings from games and betting markets will be credited to your Account Balance following settlement of the relevant game round or event.

In the case of a genuine technical malfunction during a game session — including server disconnection, software failure, or display error — the outcome recorded in jeetzz's server logs shall be treated as the definitive result. Claims based solely on screenshots or player recollection will not be accepted without corroborating server-side evidence.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeetzz Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in any game or betting market for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market, including live dealer tables, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the Platform.
• Placing bets or accessing the Platform using funds derived from criminal activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jeetzz staff or other Platform users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to conceal your true location.

9. Responsible Gaming

jeetzz is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all Players. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are available at all times through the Account settings section and via the customer support team.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders that alert them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the jeetzz Platform — including but not limited to the jeetzz brand name, logo, website design, user interface layout, game graphics (as licensed from studio partners), text, data compilations, and software — is the property of jeetzz or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform's content without jeetzz's prior written consent.
• The jeetzz name, logo, and associated trade marks must not be used in any manner that implies endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without explicit written authorisation from jeetzz.
• Game content supplied by studio partners (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is subject to each studio's own licensing terms.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

12. Account Suspension & Termination

jeetzz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration or identification information.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Chargebacks initiated by the Player against legitimate jeetzz transactions.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months, subject to applicable dormancy notification procedures.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Identification of the Account holder as an individual under 21 years of age.
• Any other circumstance in which jeetzz reasonably determines that continued Account access poses a risk to the Platform, other Players, or the integrity of games and markets.

Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance remaining after the deduction of Bonus Funds, voided winnings, and outstanding verification requirements will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of all applicable verification procedures. Funds associated with fraudulent activity will not be returned.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeetzz's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• jeetzz is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• jeetzz is not liable for any service interruption, downtime, or data loss caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to power failures, internet disruptions, natural disasters, or acts of government.
• jeetzz does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of any game, betting market, or Platform feature. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may affect service availability without notice.
• Nothing in these Terms limits jeetzz's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by jeetzz's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be subject to the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which jeetzz operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction, as determined by jeetzz at its discretion.

If you have a complaint about jeetzz's services, you are encouraged to contact the customer support team at [email protected] in the first instance. jeetzz aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours of receipt and to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days. jeetzz will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.

15. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jeetzz regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. All other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• No Waiver: jeetzz's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision in the future.
• Language: These Terms are written and published in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
